The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed in the Cashier section at the time of each transaction. sov77 reserves the right to apply transaction limits at its discretion, including for compliance or risk management purposes.
sov77 targets the following processing timeframes, which represent standard operating conditions and are not guaranteed in all circumstances:

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted into Real Money Funds available for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible game types for each promotion are stated in that promotion's specific terms. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the Bonus Funds being credited to your Account, after which any unconverted Bonus Funds will expire and be removed from your balance.

The sov77 welcome bonus is available to new players only and may be claimed once per eligible Account, household, IP address, device, and payment method. Players who have previously held an Account on the sov77 platform are not eligible for the welcome bonus on a subsequent registration.
All sportsbook bets placed on sov77 are subject to the specific sporting event rules and market rules displayed at the time of bet placement. sov77 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that have been offered in error or at clearly incorrect odds. Mix parlay (Indonesian-style accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the bet to be settled as a winner; any voided selection within a mix parlay reduces the accumulator by that selection. Voor bola (goal handicap) markets are settled according to the handicap applied at the time of bet acceptance.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sov77's aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from or related to the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their sov77 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The sov77 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
sov77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if sov77 determines at its sole discretion that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or that continuation of your Account poses a risk to the integrity, security, or reputation of the platform. In the event of termination for breach, any Real Money Funds balance remaining in your Account after deduction of any outstanding obligations may be returned to you via your most recently used verified payment method, at sov77's discretion.

Before closure, any remaining Real Money Funds balance (net of Bonus Funds, which will be forfeited upon Account closure) will be returned to your verified payment method. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the effective date of closure.
